History of Jain Udyog
Jain Udyog traces its roots back to the visionary leadership of Sir Ramesh Kumar Jain, who conceived the idea of the automobile division in 1994. Under his guidance, the journey began, and by 1995, Jain Udyog had established itself as an authorized dealership of Maruti Suzuki in Tripura. This marked the beginning of a legacy in the automotive industry. In 2001, Jain Udyog expanded its reach by becoming the authorized Maruti Suzuki dealership for Silchar in Assam, approximately 290 km north of Agartala. The year 2006 witnessed a significant development with the incorporation of a new Agartala body shop, covering an expansive area of 30,000 sq. ft. This addition enhanced the dealership's capabilities in providing comprehensive services. The subsequent years saw further expansion with the launch of three e-outlets in Karimganj (Assam 2010), Dharamnagar (Tripura 2011), and Udaipur, (Tripura 2012). These outlets reflected Jain Udyog's commitment to reaching and serving a wider customer base.
As of the latest available information, Jain Udyog operates Arena outlets: four e-outlets, four r-outlets, three body shops, two commercial outlets, seven workshops, a Nexa showroom, and two True Value outlets.
